Add different support channels (Facebook, Whatsapp, etc) within the dashboard
I woud like to see facebook messenger and/or whatsapp support witihin the same dashboard to have a full service support dashboard.
any update in this matter?

You should build the option to integrate other channels like whatsapp, instagram, twitter and FB... this would boost the tool to omnichannel.
You should consider it, I am thinking about moving to freshchat.com since they got that particular functionality
Would be awesome to be able to talk to customers through what's app within the tawk.to app.
