Make it possible to add custom hours in Scheduler. Or add more pre-made ones.
That would be great for lunch times. We keep our support closed half an hour a day. And I'm betting we will forget to turn the chat off.
Like 11:00-12:00 or 11:30 - 12:00. Just some options :)

We have updated Scheduler feature to allow adding more custom hours.
Go to Admin – Scheduler – on right side of current time selection click on plus button to add new time selection.

Will you be adding a scheduling feature to exclude certain days, (i.e. holidays) in the near future?
I could not be happier that this function has arrived. No more changing hours manually every day for our break period. BEST. ADDITION. EVER.
I would like to have the possibility to set two opening hours during one day, one for the morning and one for the afternoon (with lunch break)

My idea is that during the inactive schedule of the chat, a form can be activated so that the clients that enter the Web can leave us the data as well. Currently you can, but you have an error. In my case, I wanted to put a schedule of the form that covers from 8 p. M. Until 8 a. M. S can not be solved They should solve it. Thank you
It would be really useful if you could set more than 1 opening time for the same day. Example: Monday, 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00
It´s been under review since Juli 6 2016....i guess this feature will never come...

I am looking to do the same. I need to make a schedule of on from 830-1200 and then from 1300-1700. Would really like to see this function.
For exemple from 8 to 12 am and then from 2 to 6 pm

I want to set from everyday 5AM to 9AM there will be no chat services, but found out in the scheduler, there is impossible to set this. Coz the scheduler is from 12AM to 12AM. I cannot set 2 segment of time, which is 12AM to 5AM, then 9AM to 12AM....
need it!!!! please is fundamental!

This is rather common in latin america: to have break times (usually once per working day but I've seen up to 3 breaks per working-day).
In Brazil (where I am) this is almost essential. Working hours are from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 but since Tawk.to does not provide a way to split schedule times, customers do access the chat widget during break. This turns out to be the root cause to many customer's complaints about inneficiency or delay in response.
PLEASE do consider this option. Please, enable a way to split working hours in at least 2 time intervals, morning and afternoon.
plan multiple time for 1 day : Example Monday : 9-12h / 14h-17h, instead of 9-17h

In schedule widget we need to specify two non continuos daily periods.
like 8.30AM to 12.30AM and 14.30PM to 18.30PM. I think very useful

Our chat schedule does not operate as a block set of time so would be amazing to be able to have more flexibility with the scheduler e.g. 10am- 12pm, 2pm - 4pm

I would like to be able to set the time from let's say 8 am to 4 am next day and have it offline from 4 am to 8 am.
How it is now it doesn't allow for that, I can only do 8 am to 12 am
