Allow to customize the mobile widget text
Some mobile users get confused when they see 'Chat' text on the widget and instead of thinking it's support chat they think it's websites internal messaging system.
It would be nice if we were able to customize it to say 'Support Chat' or 'Need help?' or something along those lines.

We currently do not have an attention grabber for mobile. The widget will appear as either a bubble or a rectangular icon to visitors accessing your website with a mobile device.
The word “Chat” in the rectangular widget can not be modified.
Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.

As others said, it would be really helpful to customize the text on mobile (at least to copy the wording of desktop). Right now when support is offline it says "email" or something like that, which is very confusing. Thanks

Until now it's not possible to change the title shown on the mobile button of the chat. In italian it's appearing "conversazione" i would like to use "chat" or something like that

Yes, this is what we wanted on our mobile chat "Need Help" is more user friendly term rather than just CHAT.
How can we do this change?

The text mentioned for desktop devices such as "Online" and a pop up with some message is attractive and that is leading customers to ask me for help.
But for mobile devices, there's no option to change the text or pop up. More than 90% visitors are leaving without asking anything..

Be able to change the content text of the mobile Mail/Chat button. This button currently displaying a mail icon and "Mail" and I would like to ability to change the text to "Contact Us"

In mobile widget, content title must be editable, right now it's just "CHAT".

Please can we update it so that it doesn't default to mail? as Mail isn't a great work for SEO. at the least change it to Live chat.. or Chat.
