Instead of replying users to send emails to my forwarding emails, why don't make a contact form for them to fill it? I mean not the contact form in the chat, but a totally indepenndent contact form embedded on a website.
Example of infos is Name, Email, Subject, Message......
Instead of letting the send an email, why dont ask them to fill up a form? I currently use Pirate Forms and it isnt working well as its a 3th party.
That is a completely different product and use one of the companies that do this. Our strong point is live chat. But you never know where would we expand next.

i think it's a good idea. some people would like to just fill in a contact form, hit submit and they are happy to get a reply later via email. they may not want to or have the time to chat at that very moment.
Yeah it's added value that will definitely bring more people to Tawk. And it's a small change. Please consider.

I'm using Tawk to manage Offline messages that I can manage with app. Currently, we have also contact form on Wordpress that does identical job, but it sends the message directly to e-mail. Why not keep all "offline" messages in one Tawk app, so one can manage Tickets, set priorities, write comments, change status.
Why we need another app for this?
