show email address field on property member page.
when viewing my agent list, there is no email address field. it would be nice to be able to view and possibly edit the email address for one of the agents.

Hey tawker,
There is a reason why we don’t show Agent email addresses. Tawk.to is an Agent centric application so the email is a private piece of information. Similar to Facebook, even though you have to use an email to log into Facebook, by viewing a friends page, you cannot see their email.
Hope this explains our reasoning.

Hi!
When you look on ended chats besides the used alias name you can see the agent name, like: "John (Alice)". So you can easily find the one you need and remove him if required. -

I want to remove one member from our tawk but all agents uses Alias names like
- Operator 1
- Operator 2
- Operator 3
.....
- Operator 30
how do i know which one should i remove ? -

+1 - My agent has forgotten her password. And the email address she used to set it up. If I could see her email address, she could retrieve the pw.

But as an admin you enter the email adress to invite someone as an agent?
