Submit tickets via own ticketsystem instead of Tawk.to ticketsystem
Some ticketsystems have their own api to create a ticket from outside the ticketsystem.
Would be great if we can enter this information easily via the admin.
The ticket can then be created on demand from the agents dashboard, without entering manually that in the other ticketsystem.
Although we will be working on several integrations in the near future, other ticketing systems are not in our scope. Maybe later in the future.
