Closing chat message annoying
When a customer ends the chat there is a message saying that do you want to end the chat is annoying. Once customer click end chat, it means he or she want to end, still asking them is really annoying them. Please remove it.

We are currently working on a complete rewrite to the way we handle visitor sessions, which will allow us to remove the need for visitors to “End a session”.

when we chat someone & close browser then again open browser chat again start continued but thisi is wrong some easily read our chat if we not do end chat ... how we do end chat when we close browser.

Guys what if a person Accidentally clicks on that x button.. Think about it, You may loose leads... I don't suggest this..

I agree with the earlier comment: the extra confirmation question to close the chat is only annoying for the proactive chats.

We're also getting a lot of complaints from customers that they cannot close the chat that was proactively started by a trigger.
What they mean is they press the X and then the chat doesn't close because you have to press another button at the bottom even though a chat wasn't actually started.
