Auto translate feature
As most of our customers are overseas it would be great to have the function of auto-translate. This will mean that my agents no longer need to use google for translation

We currently use zendesk chat only because of this feature. I see many chats implementing auto translate with google api,should not be hard to do this

For example if you speak in English and this in Italian
The translator translates into Italian and English and in your language
