Put an "expand all" button in the ticket / messaging system
When opening a message in the ticket / messaging system if it is a long email chain ALL of the previous replies are compressed and you have to individually click each message to expand it.
Please put an "expand all" button in the ticket / messaging system PER message chain. That way it will only expand the current message thread to save resources.

with all the messages in the current thread active you could CTRL + F to search if you are using tawk inside of google chrome as well
