show state on monitoring screen

When hovering over the country icon on the Monitoring screen on the desktop version, for US cities, you show City, Country. You should show City, State or City, State, Country

    Why does this have to be voted on 2 years later? Do you expect people to know all the cities in the county? Just add the abbreviation at least for us... please!
