This is desperately needed. So many chat bots now have a gateway type intro msg where users can interact, get answers to common questions. The good ones plug into customers data as well to retrieve details on orders etc. If tawk could do this I think just about every other chat bot will go under!

I don’t understand how this isn’t a feature yet, since it was requested years ago and just about every other chat app has it!

There should be a register button on top of the site for the new customers and experts who wants to take services. Furthermore, there should be a chat option and a robot who will help explain the site properly to the newbies. The robot should answer the asked questions in the chat.

In the past we have used a system that could create an auto-answer based on the words in the question. Then an auto-answer comes back to the user. Example in our case :

The first chat message to appear could say something like, "Hi, how can we help you?" and follow with pre-determined (customizable) clickable text options such as "Request a Quote", "Contact Information", "Speak to a Human". This would eliminate a lot of wasted time when responding to bots/extraneous messages.
