It will be great if you make an API integration with API.ai chatbot with Tawk.to
You know, API.ai is a leading entity in the industry of automatic chatbot. The fact that Google just acquired them is enough to tell us that the brand will be booming in the next few years. Being able to integrate with it will give a massive boost on flexibility and ease of use of Tawk.to.

I could build easy bot integration if you'd provide either:
1/ additional javascript API method to get and send message. Like onMessageSent(message)
2/ provide hooks to answer messages
3/ provide javascript API we could use in web dashboard so we can extend the dashboard interfaceThen we can hook this to our bot (Amazon Lex)

No, it won't against. We are not forcing to use our agents, website owner can hire anyone or even a company to answer his chats - owner decides what suits him best :) -
