option for customer activity to not show in the chat box
I think the way it displays the customer tracking information (e.g. the website pages the customer is visiting), I think the way it shows this in the chat box AND on the right hand side of the chat box is unnecessary.
It should only be kept on the right hand side, but not in the chat box too. This should be kept clear so that communication can be dealt with clearly and effectively.
it really is unnecessary to have both, at least provide an option.
PS, your software is amazing, I am really happy with it.
