Integrate Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Telegram and more
This will allow us to respond not only messages coming from the live chat but also from our facebook pages. Being able to answer e-mails and other chat services such as telegram would also be great! This will save us a ton of time because it allows us to manage all our visitor's messages coming from many different sources in a single place.

the ability to generate a support ticket automatically via a social media post, message or interaction (via at least Facebook and Twitter) would be ideal.

Greatly looking forward to this feature. Many of my customers chat through facebook and would be great if this feature can combine both web chat and facebook chat in 1 dashboard

Chatting over Whatsapp with Customers is one of the best ways because over 80% of Mobilephone users are using it. Agent should be able to set own number. Many different Websites offer already support for Whatsapp chat but nobody would like to use 2 or more Systems to communicate with Customers.
After talk with William I hope this will not be declined and the Team will accept this idea.

Why dont integrate facebook, google+, twitter, snapchat and other major social media with The messaging tool? Like someone sends a comment or a pm on fb, u can turn it into a message and reply. Same goes to tweets :)

Im using the app for whatsapp, messenger and skype and would love to have tawk.to there to. Maybe you could talk to the app developers and add tawk.to
