Export and Import custom Knowledgebase by Property/account via API

Property KB is client know-how and should be easily to export or import. It's annoying to build KB by copy/paste system. Even worse if it is needed approval of answers.

It would be really great to simplify this process and make building KB faster with less manually work.

    +1 for being able to import articles to knowledgebase

    you need to be able to import knowledge to use this feature 100%. Using APIs, CSV, XML, Json or any type of format, but there is this possibility.
