Customise Email Subject for Chat Transcript & Tickets

When a ticket is answered, an email is sent to the user. The subject of that email and in the body of the email it says "

This text is in English. The product is offered in several languages, and I think it would be interesting that the subjects of the emails (something so important) and the text within the body, should be able to adapt to the language in which the administrators / users of Tawk work.

Why is the field 'Email' and 'Name' not adjustable inside the ticket details?
I would love the ability to rename or change the Chat / Email Subject line after created.
Often times a user will send a feature request email with the title feature request. I would love to be able to update it to be more specific so that I can manage it more easily.
