Transcript delivery

Presently there is no option to send transcripts of chats to all admins and the agent that responded to the chat.

Yes, I see Departments but if I have 100 agents in a department.. It will be somewhat confusing.

    I agree. It makes most sense for everyone involved in a chat to be emailed the transcript when the chat has ended
