Allow users who pay to remove branding to also have the ability to add custom CSS!
I understand that many believe that custom css should never come free, since users could then simply find methods to hide the tawk.to branding.
However, if the user paid to remove branding, theres no point in not letting them add custom css either!
Custom CSS can let site developers set custom fonts on their site, or adjust the margins and padding of the chatboxes, or over-ride the 'max-height' limitations that the chatbox imposes.
I like chatboxes that use the 'max-height:50%' feature, because then it'll make the chatbox stand out and appear better on a large screen, than crammed down on the corner.

LiveChat is such a better solution, Tawk wont let you edit the UI, which by and large is a seriously poor descision....
Ill be moving on...
If the CSS and JS could be applied to the Knowledge Base it would be awesome.
Adding URL to an external CSS and an external JS would make such a big difference.
Wishful snapshots ;)
Awesome product! Love your solution, approach and customer support.

Absolutely no question. This is a must for every site owner. It enhances user experience. Paying users should have the flexibility to fully adjust the chat to match the overall look and feel of the website. Thank you for your consideration.
It will be helpful if you provide custom css settings option to change the text alignments etc in pop out widget.
Just installed but came across same issue, would love to brand the chat box up with our site theme, we run wizwares.com and with it being a wizardry site it looks a little out of place being so clean!, i would'nt have upgraded to remove branding but would if it included custom css!
It would be nice if we can hide the top menu header when in mobile too.
If you open by direct link the top menu (back button) when clicked will act weird when on mobile, if we could hide it, it would fix the problem.

The ability to enhance the Chat UI, which is now so poor with custom CSS would be great!
