auto second message if no agent answers
hi, in some websites, they are showing message after 30 sec 1 minute, "you don't have to be here' leave your email we return back to you' and shows a field for entering email address. So it would be beneficial to customer waiting there for an amount of time, getting an answer even canned response but response anyway. And also it would be benefical of tawk.to host getting email address. sometimes we miss the questions while busy with the other part of operation ( we run one man business.)
