    This is vital. Like FB Messenger, the ability to have pre-populated questions which in turn once tapped/selected send a predefined response.

    Your competitor Chatify has this feature. Simply add FAQ entries and if anything relevant if found it is suggested by the tawk bot when a user starts conversations.
