Please add email notifications for incoming chats.
Some of us need it for older phones and "smart watches". We can also setup "email to SMS" function on our side to make notification even faster.

You can use mobile app to be immediately informed about necessary activity.
Android app supports old versions even from 16 version (4.1) and iOS app from ios9 OS.
