text that is typed at the moment stays if customer disconnects
when agent is typing long response to the customer, and customer disconeects or ends chat while agent is still typing, then all the text typed so far is lost, customer comes back after 2 minutes, asks the same question and agent needs to type whole long answer again, it would be great if text that agent was typing stays despite the fact customer has disconnected so that agent can copy paste it expecting customer to come in few minutes after he reconects.. it would be awesome if you can do that.

Until the agent closes the chat, the chat view will stay visible for him with all text he typed
