add a filtering function to prevent sharing credit card info over chat to help a company remain PCI compliant
The creation of a "filter" for messages that scans for credit card numbers/potential credit card numbers and prevents them from displaying to the agent. This would prevent the credit card info from ending up in our transcript logs and help us remain PCI compliant.
