Show BOTH Open and Pending Messages on the same Messaging Dashboard screen
Right now i can filter our Closed messages, which is great, but the Pending and Open messages are an either/or display situation. This would greatly simplify our sue of the Messaging function. Agents are reluctant to put something in a Pending state because it disappears from the screen. Management wants to see everything active in one place. thanks

I strongly agree. I would love it if I could simply hide everything that was closed and show everything else (Open and Pending).
