Include images in Knowledgebase

There is currently no option to include images in Knowledgebase. It would be very useful to have this option. Thank you

    1. Just like shortcuts are integrated or interlinked to the chat responses, make the knowledgebase entries to be readily used while replying.

    2. Allow adding images, URLs and short video clips to the KB.
