    Is it possible to extend this awesome app so that one can create a custom form on their website and send the details to Tawk via some API.
    This way, the agents/admin will receive notifications via Tawk mobile app notifications just the usual way.

    Oh god, yes, it's really hard to handle locations and languages with current triggers

    It would be very benefitional if there would be a javascript option to let a customer send a message to livechat. I need this so customers can fill in a form and if they submit the form I would like the form values to be displayed in livechat

    If visitor search some term and there is no results, that term automatically be sent on the chat through that code. I think that this is great idea, and for idea I want this addon for free :)

    This has the advantage of working around shortcomings in triggers and allows one to create more sophisticated triggers.
