This feature is a must. It's very unprofessional to answer your customers with english strings if you're targeting another language. Since everything else is translatable it makes no common sense that these strings are missing from the translation files.

I am in for this too. When converting chat to ticket there are too many elements that are set by default that are not very useful for other languages users. Specialy the ticket subject.

Change Edit transcript message strings in email, it's not possible to change it for polish, also own captions should be possible to use so instead of translation admin could customize it to own language.
