Yes this is very confusing when looking at chat record. Even email notifications show GM time. Please fix ASAP.

+1 As an aside, Tawk, at some point you start giving the distinct impression the company is either inept, or simply doesn't care. I say that here because this multiple-upvote request (adjusting timezone for notifications) ought to be an hour (at most) of a developer's time... more like 10-15 minutes if the application is competently designed. We started the process of hiring your agents but had to put that on hold due to several of these trivially-easy but important things Tawk has ignored for YEARS like this one. (The other thread on this topic has nearly SIX HUNDRED upvotes you have ignored)

We applied tawkto on our web at www.besteditproof.com, but the same problem! It would be great to upgrade to configure the time zone for the email notifications. Please implement this ASAP.

Time Zone settings/options is an important feature missing from Tawk. It looks dumb to users when Tawk sends a msg to them or to us and has a time zone that totally doesn't make sense.

Hello! I've placed all 3 my votes for this improvement. Chat transcript which is sent to a Customer has a GMT 0 Time zone which looks like me (the website owner) have not setup my chatting system properly and this really decreases loyalty and respect.
Please implement this feature ASAP.If message is sent to Client it should have a Client's time zone. If it is sent to Admin - it should have website time zone/

When we receive email notification after a chat, the time is GMT+0, however
our current settings is different. This is a basic feature and it is incredible that it is not yet implemented in Tawkto.
