Currently the copy transcripts feature includes the user's navigation history, however, the email transcripts feature does not include this into.
Suggest option for email transcripts to include user's navigation history.

When the client close the chat/website, or the internet conection goes down, he lost all the conversation and need to tape it again. I think that would be very useful if the conversation was saved for the customer see it too.
I'm passing user's email to Tawk_API.setAttributes or Tawk_API.visitor. Why can't it show the chat history on client's another device? It must be implemented.

We are receiving emails of Chat Transcripts...Since we basically say pretty much the same thing to each visitor, the emails don't tell us much. Why is there no reference the visitors City, no IP address (very important), and other useful info that would tell us what chat it was we were engaged in? Without specific visitor details, what good are multiple emails of chats with no referenced to the visitor. The page(s) they viewed would also be helpful in addition to the IP and the City. There should be a link in each emailed Chat Transcript that takes us back to the exact chat in the "history". If we click on the link (and are already logged in to TawkTo Admin), we should be taken to the complete chat so we can see all the info with regards to the visitor... in a new tab would be great without being logged out of monitoring in the main Admin tab. Otherwise, we are turning off all Emailed Transcripts, as we see no use for them. Please add this feature.
I receive an email to the Admin account that includes the Chat transcripts. However, within the Chat Transcripts when I am responding to them online, I also see the Page that the visitor has navigated to. Is there a way that this information can also be sent with the Chat Transcripts?
Maintain Visitor side Chat history base on email id or any other fields.
If visitor want to see the all chat history then it would very help full for user. Like agent and admin. You an store the history of only registered user with admin website,
