Edit last few messages at lest short time (3-5 minutes) could be great!

Editing at least the last send message would be great to have to correct for typos. 'CURSOR UP' in an empty chat Message or Whisper would be a good keyboard shortcut for it.

Please, try to make option to edit sent chat messages, because many time the agent make mistake with some word.

I was handling 3 chats simultaneously and mistakenly sent message to the wrong person, and there was no option to delete the same. Please consider adding it, its a basic thing we require. Anyway thanks for the wonderful chatbox

This is a must have. We were trying the service, which is superb, but I can't give cretid to see it's not implemented. A lead capturing tool NEEDS the ability to fix conversation mistakes if you accidentally send a typo, a wrong number - cost, time estimation...

Sometimes I'm a bit too excited and I smash that enter button a bit too early, that means that the client on the other side gets to see unfinished sentences & typos. whoops!
Please add some kind of function to edit send chat text!

Create the possibility to edit a message sent to the customer. It happens somethings that we only see a mistake after we sent the answer message.
