Report with total volumes of chats done in the month by agent
I need a report that shows the volume of calls from each operator per month. Listing all the attendants and the total of each one.

generate detailed chat report that show by agent performance and compare their performance in terms of chat volume and other KPIs
even excel generation from Database would be helpful rather than selecting each agent and saving it's data -

It's important to know how many chats has answered each agent during a specific period of time.
Right now, we have to sum each chat and each day, you can sum all the chats and show that number, would be great to track agent performance.
