Reports based on tags. Search by all tagged tickets
I would like to compile my tagged convo data into a graph or spreadsheet but cannot bc I have no clue how many tickets I have tagged. Support suggested I go through each tag and then add them together. I cannot do that bc some convos have like three or four tags. The whole number of conversations I had will be way higher than it should. I would be really nice if you guys were able to convert our tags into the graph section as well. I just don't understand why I would tag tickets if I could not compile a report at the end of the week/month.

Also predefined tags would be mandatory to categorize claim tickets like: Failed product, Missing parts, etc.
And report by date range for tags to get overview.If this was implemented we could use tawkto to handle claims otherwise it's ticket system is just another email client.

I want to have in the reporting section an option that allows me to see the general stadistics for the whole picture of tags that i have on my chats

I would like to be able to pull a daily report with the number of chats and tickets by tag.
