Sound notifications for agent whispers
PLEASE implement this. Being alerted to agent whispers will make the chat process faster and more professional.

It would be helpful to be able to Whisper @ online agents and draw them into the chat you whispered from.

At the moment, desktop notifications are only for chats. Would be good to enable it for whispers as well. Allows other agents to jump in and help if they happen to be in a different program.
