change offline chat image
can we change the offline image for the chat from the one that looks like an email image to one that resembles any image that looks like a chat image?

It would be great if we could change the offline image. Or just let the default chat image there. When the chat is offline, my users think that this is just a shortcut to send e-mails because of the envelope image.

I found out the mobile version of the offline form says "Email" in the title. I want to change it to whatever I please. In the Desktop it uses the title in the widget contact form settings.
