Highlight the last selected message
Highlight the last selected message on the Messaging window. Why? Because as an agent works through the list of open messages, opening one after another, when they close the currently open message, they can't find where in the list of messages they last clicked. So they can't advance to the next message.

This applies to all messages, not just open messages.
