Take chat to email

When a user submits an offline message, I'd like to be able to use the dashboard to reply to this message via email. The email should include a copy of the offline message, and I should be able to choose a default subject for these emails. The conversation would then carry on via email.

    I want to be able to keep "talk to us" graphic above chat bubble on even when I'm not online. That way if I'm offline and someone wants to "talk to us" they will see the ability to leave a message.

    Hi, suppose a local chat operator is delayed let's say 3 minutes, it would be fantastic to autoamtically show the form asking for email and message at that moment. Hope you can apply it,
