Instead of having to click the Direct Messages button, can there be a person icon in the taskbar to see everyone's status? Would be great if Admins could use that same area to see reporting on each member. To see when they were signed in each day among other stats.

As Pat and anonymous commented, you can see who's online in the direct messages section. I went ahead and started a direct message with each of my team members and then didn't say anything so they stayed in my direct messages area. We also have Groups set up where it's easy to message and see who's online and who's not. I can't figure out how to remove people from groups though so employees that have left are still listed which drives me crazy.

This would be excellent, status of the team would allow proper management and availibity of the service to be understood.

You will be able to see ALL members (admin and agent) and their corresponding status by clicking the (+) icon in Direct Messages in the dashboard.
Status color:
Green = online
Red = offline
Grey = invisible
Yellow = away -
