Custom permissions
Allow custom roles to be made on top of the “Admin” and “Agent” role. Something where you can select permissions like answer chat, ban users, customise appearance etc.
Example)
developer role where the developer can do everything an admin can but can’t answer chats

i second that. operator permissions are a must. Operator permission to write/edit KB articles for specific language only is needed too
