Hello!! Fisrt of all, thanks for this wonderful service. I saw that in the disconnected mode appears a form to be filled and it is not possible to disable this form in the widget content as is essential for creating ticket or to receive as offline message and get back to the visitor who sent the offline message. But a lot of people is reluctant to give data and, if they shut the widget, we lost the possibility of establish contact if the visitor not come in the future. I think is better,in the disconnected mode, to have the possibility that appears in the absent mode as an alternative, or to have a swich to on/off the form, so we can set some legend inviting the visitor to send us an e-mail avoidint them to put their personal data, that also requires some legal conditions and permissions. The other way is to have in the custom box options to appear disconnected or absent and also in the widget content to have the possibility of avoid the form, Thanks!
