If the agent is offline then the confirmation screen after the Offline from has been filled shall be editable.

Add custom reply message feature for offline chat. Currently “Your message was sent successfully!” showing as message but we need to show custom message. it can be configurable for multiple language

When I am offline, my clients get message "Your message was sent successfully!", how can I change this message (I mean, when my schedule is defined offline - than I get this message).
And also to change the content of the button.

It would be amazing if you guys can implement it.

For us, it is different reason: It is very important for us because after the visitor has sent the message, we want to direct him/her to another link to read a brochure, while we are replying to the message. This would greatly reduce the time we spend to explain the same stuff over and over again to the customers.

If you implement it, I will immediately buy the re-branding add-on!

Possibility to change "Your message was sent successfully" which is shown after offline massage is sent. Question is language wise, my whole site is not in English and it is strange that customer is said thank you in different language

I would request to add feature when user fill out form while we are offline like , we received your details and get back to you shortly , or like for urgent query call us here :.

So that user feel comfortable that his message is accepted

Need option to change post chat/offline message i.e. the message that appears after the chat is finished esp. when the offline message is submitted. Right now for offline message it is says "Your query has been submitted". We want to change it to "We have received your query and we will get back to you within 24 hours". Please consider it at your earliest convenience. Thank you

I suggest an option to be able to edit the text when the chat is OFFLINE, to another l: Your Message Was send successufuly - to Portuguese?
