Badge icons
Please add badge icons to IOS and Android devices as this feature should be traditionally native on most apps.
I am posting a new post as the last one was posted 2 years ago and it does not seem to be resolved.
A lot of online companies use mobile devices to do majority of work nowadays. This is a incredibly important feature as no body will know if they have messages outstanding without a badge notification.
Thanks

Will this be implemented soon? its been 2 years since the request. A lot of online retailers use smart phones to communicate nowadays. A simple badge icon should be native to any app.

When you miss text calls a popup on your phone should appear, something like this: http://www.iphonefaq.org/images/archives/message-jump.jpg Otherwise, the phone app does not allow you to increase the amount of times the phone rings. I am using Temple Bell and it goes around 3-4 times only. Otherwise, it is great!

When you get a reply to chat there will be a counter so you can exit the app and still know what is going on.

Currently banner notifications show when someone messages. But if I miss the banner then I'm not aware of anyone waiting to chat. It would be good if the actual app icon had a badge notification showing number of chats waiting for me to respond to. I have tried using the pop-up notification instead of banner, however this just gives a lot of pop-ups and each one has to be clicked to close.
