IMAP/SMTP account for tickets send receive email
Integration with smtp and imap to handle the tickets trough a fully functional account like office 365 or google apps

I agree, being able to use our own SMTP account is vital, removed the "Remove Branding" add on until this gets looked into as cannot justify paying almost $30/mo if emails are not reliable.
