While setting the Trigger with below conditions

• Trigger type – Advanced
• Run Trigger – When a visitor sends a chat message
• Check – Any of the following
• Message – Contains – Book (Example)
• Action – Hi Thanks for your query, we will get back to you soon. In the above scenario, the trigger should work only if any sentence contains the string "Book" separated with the spaces each side and it shouldn’t work when a word contains the string "Book" like Facebook (example)
