New Knowledge Base (Private)
Can you please make the Knowledge Base Private, available only to customers within your system?
This is important for enterprise applications that do not want all of their IP exposed to the public.

To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. At the moment, our Knowledge Base only has 2 options for visibility: Public and Private mode. Public articles are available to be read by anyone with access to the URL. Private articles are only visible by your team within tawk.to apps when signed in to the Property associated with the article. As a quick solution, you could remove the "View in Full" button in the Tawk Chat widget (as a toggle option in the admin settings), so that the Knowledge Base is then contained entirely within the Tawk chat widget.
That way, admins could then control via the Wordpress plugin, where exactly the Chat widget (and knowledge base) is visible so that it's only available for logged in users, members-only areas etc.

We would like to let access the knowledge base only to internal customer, don't want to expose our knowledge on all internet.

Exactly what I'm looking for. Would be great to at least see an option to disable indexing.

I completely agree.
Grateful if the knowledge base could be made available for logged in users / customers only.
Thanks.

Add this vote for knowledge base visibility to customers. That is visible only for logged in customers.

Really useful in order to have an internal kb.

This is the only issue I have with tawk which prevents me from using it so far. It would be great if this could be implemented!
A simple option to enable or disable indexing the knowledge base into the search engines would be great already as a start!

Would be lovely if there are two types of knowledge base -- one for staffers and one for clients.

We also need this option as well!

The new knowledge base looks very promising and I think this is a very important feature and one that would make it so much more useful.
I also second this idea of having a Knowledge base only available for users who have logged into your system.
Maybe integrate with some sort of ID or cookie that can be passed onto the site?
Or some user tracker that can only be set when a user has access to the logged in website and if that trackers valid, give access to the KB?
Either way would like to see this implemented!
