add an Automated Chat Box feature where the user can choose from several different topics or questions and answers can be prescripted....Then if the person needs additional information there is an option to leave a message and email and we will get back to them.....I saw this on several websites.....one of these website was: https://www.directcell.ca/

set up a read confirmation feature and a chat robot, and these features are free forever
A read receipt is an indicator that everyone can see when a message has been sent, delivered or seen
And a chat robot is a function that a chat robot chats with visitors and when a visitor asks to chat with agents the robot will redirect him to live chat with people if there is no agent online then for the robot to eject a message that they are currently offline or busy

As the fisrt step the simplest and fastets way is make a table: key word inside a user question => auto answer. Extend your triggers please.

But what if I have a bot, let's say, on my server and want to use it sending visitor sentences and getting answers from a REST API? Is there a Javascript hook to get vistitor sentences and echoing answers?

We would like to use Tawk.to also to create chat bots to answer FAQ but also integrate with back end systems to check i.e. availabilty, rates and such.
