At this stage, we don't have a feature allowing users to adjust the size of the chat widget on mobile.
We're currently in the process of updating our Widget design and Messaging feature.

I felt that the chat button was too large on my mobile site, so I enabled HIDE ON LOAD to rely on the triggers for my site which go on at 45 seconds. Then noticed that the chat NEVER loaded on mobile. Your chat agent Alice explained that the triggers don't fire on mobile. So, if there were a way to resize the graphic (either the chat bubble or "CHAT HERE" rectangle), that would be great. Perhaps a way to set the pixel dimension. Ultimately, if the triggers could work on mobile that would be better, but I'm sensing there may be a technical reason this isn't possible?! Thanks in advance.
