Deleted users will still show in the Group chats. There is no way to remove them manually.

Even if the users have deleted their Tawk account they still will be shown in all the group chats.
The support team suggests that we may create a new group chat. Not a good idea as we lose the history.
My suggestion is to have these possibilities as a admin to delete undesired or inactive users from the group chats.

With regards to your concern, once the members were removed from the property, you won't be able to delete their names manually in the group chat list.
I would recommend asking the members to ""leave"" the chat group first before deleting them in the property or deleting their account.

suggest your programmers make a way for the site owner to be able to remove chat agents who no longer are employed or working in any capacity with the organization. at the current time, the individual can choose to leave a group or chat, but there isn't any way to remove them from your dashboard, once you've invited them and they have quit.

It would be a great feature to be able to delete or edit agents from the group chat, because our responsibilities change quite often. Especially when colleagues leave and there is no access to the profile anymore, the old agents still show up in group chat.
