Enable visitor history chat so they can resume from the last time they left off.
I need this feature so that I can carry on my chat from the latest.

It will take too much resources and security management to keep each visitor history chat and then resume it later. I guess they are not going to do this. Just because it's practically impossible to control and protect from the attacks.
