iPad App optimisation
Hi there,
I believe that the app for the iPad can be improved so much more, using the big screen of it. Improvements like:
- keeping the side menu on att all time ( similar to the web version)
- visitor tabs on one line, and select each chat when is needed rather than having multiple chats open in full-page
Basically, implement more of the web interface into the iPad version of the app as it has such a big screen that can be used.
At the moment, the app for iPad is not very friendly to use and approachable
