How i wish i can add a screenshot to explain what i am talking about, the chat widget block part of the products picture on mobile

Regarding your concern, I have checked your property and it seems that you have modified your chat widget appearance. As per your previous conversation with our Customer Support team, we currently only have two options for the Mobile Widget Appearance and that is the circular and rectangular shape.
